To manage the list of expected or potential attendees, use
the section above. This section is for marking attendance.
- Before the meeting, or as part of setup, indicate
which participants have sent regrets for the current meeting (or
are not expected for other reasons) by clicking the 'Regrets'
box next to their names.
- As participants arrive, click the 'Present' box next to their
names to move them to the list of WG members present.
- If members leave early (or if you accidentally click
the wrong box), uncheck the Present box to move them back.
- To turn the checkboxes off, click the button labeled
'Hide checkboxes'. (This makes it easier to cut and paste
the lists of names into the minutes.)
